Albaraka 15k Practical Financing Card Delay, No Delivery After 2 Weeks!

Those who opened a current account at Albaraka Participation Bank and became customers were given a special loan of 15 thousand TL - supposedly without profit share - under the name of practical financing cart to use in certain transactions. I bought it too, but the delivery process of my card was started with the Kuryenet company to be printed and delivered to me on 24.06.2024. But so far there is neither sound nor breath. Even though I have registered many complaints and made many urgent statements, it is not clear where my card is. It is not clear whether Albaraka Participation Bank printed my card. My card information is available, but transactions cannot be made via mobile. They said that transactions can be made with a QR code, which is a lie. While talking to customer service, I am faced with the reaction of encountering the problem I mentioned for the first time, but I hear the voices of other customer services talking to others in the background, other citizens are experiencing the same problem and they are given recommendations that have no effect and are just glosses over. Today is 06.07.2024. My card has not arrived to me. I would like to ask, are the current accounts opened for this card being opened by deceiving people? I am not a fool. I am waiting for an immediate statement and I would like my card to be delivered to me for the amount I will spend for my health expenses on 09.07.2024. I am very angry. It can be said that it is expected from every bank, but participation banks should not make this mistake. If the card does not reach me, I will share this situation on other social media platforms. Send me my practical financing card urgently.
