Akbank Credit Card Illegally Deducted Membership Fee

My Akbank Axess credit card ending in 7767 was charged ₺704,00 for membership. They forced this credit card into my home without telling me about the price. My credit card's monthly spending limit is ₺2,000, yet they unfairly charged me over 1/3 of this. When I contacted customer service, they offered half the price. I want a complete refund. I demand that such fees be annulled without limitations in accordance with the following laws: -Part 3 of Article 31 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. The Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection states in Paragraph 3 that “Card issuers are obliged to offer consumers a credit card for which they do not collect annual membership fees and similar fees.”According to Article 5 of the same statute, "Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts," The consumer contract provision collecting the membership fee is unjust and unlawful. The 13th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation ordered the annual card membership fee to be repaid in addition to the relevant provisions in 2011/4736 main and 2011/11579. I want my annual card fee canceled.
