Unable to Cancel A Jet Flight via eDreams – Frustrating Experience with Flight Refunds

I booked five tickets through eDreams under reservation number 18839654634 for flights from Istanbul to Milan with A Jet and from Rome to Istanbul with Pegasus. Due to a necessary change in our travel dates, we attempted to cancel the flights, but the eDreams website would not allow us to complete the cancellation. Their site directed us to cancel through the airlines directly. We successfully canceled the Pegasus flight through the Pegasus website. However, A Jet refused to process the cancellation, claiming it must be done through the website where the tickets were purchased—eDreams. Both companies are redirecting us to each other, and we can't get in touch with a real representative at eDreams, only automated responses. How is it possible that Pegasus can cancel the flight, but A Jet cannot? This is beyond frustrating, and I am considering legal action if I don’t receive my refund soon. Canceling a flight shouldn't be this difficult, especially with a company like A Jet!
