AJet Refused to Refund My Ticket While Pegasus Gave Almost Full Refund

Never use AJet and do not allow others to use it. I bought 2 plane tickets at the same time on the same day, one from Pegasus and the other from Ajet. As a result of the transaction I made in February, I bought a Rome-Istanbul plane ticket from Pegasus for ₺2896. When I wanted to cancel, Pegasus canceled it without any questions or even with the voice response system, stating that I would get a refund of ₺2844. After that, I called Ajet to cancel my Istanbul-Milan flight as well. They connected me to customer service and completed the cancellation process and agreed that they would only refund ₺663 for the ticket I bought for ₺4440. Both tickets I refunded were economy class. Now my question to you is why Ajet does not pay 80% of the fee while Pegasus cancels the ticket for a small penalty. They also brazenly said that I could only get my ground handling fee back. In other words, they did not refund me either the plane ticket I bought or the seat fee I selected. They only refunded the price of the ground services that I did not use and will not use. I do not like to talk big but I will not use Ajet, I will not let my friends or family use it or recommend it. I have never seen or heard of such a disgraceful service and fraud. You should stay away.
