Ajet Online Booking Error Issues Ticket to Wrong Destination

I experienced a serious issue with A Jet’s online ticket purchasing system. While attempting to buy a ticket for the Muş–Ankara route on Monday, January 26, at 12:05, the online booking process was interrupted due to a system disconnection. As a result of this interruption, my ticket was mistakenly issued for the wrong destination.
After realizing that the ticket had been issued incorrectly, I tried to contact A Jet by phone, but I was unable to reach any customer service representative. Eventually, I was instructed to fill out an online information form, which I completed; however, I have still not received any response. Throughout this entire process, I was left waiting with my children, and my travel plans were significantly disrupted. I expect A Jet to correct this error by changing my ticket to the intended Muş–Ankara route at no additional cost and to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
