I'm Serhat D******. I bought two tickets from Ajet for a flight from Istanbul to Van. Last night, I found out that my tickets got canceled without my knowledge. I’ve got a flight on January 7 at 6:45 AM, and now I’m in a tough spot. I’ve been trying to get in touch with your agents, but whenever I call, I get different answers, which just makes things more confusing. I can't believe this kind of thing happened with a service I relied on. This situation has brought about a lot of stress and hassle.
