Ajet Did Not Deliver the Second Meal I Paid for on Board


On my flight with Ajet under the PNR number 2sbprf, I had ordered two meals—one for myself and one for my husband. However, during the flight, the crew only brought one meal and informed us that the second meal had not been loaded onto the plane. As a result, my husband didn’t receive his meal, and we had to pay again—this time double the price—for another one. Unfortunately, that meal was canned, of very poor quality, and my husband couldn’t eat it. Upon landing, they took my contact details and promised to rectify the issue, but no one has followed up. I ended up submitting feedback myself. Despite multiple objections, I keep receiving automated "noreply" emails as if there’s no issue. When I call, I’m told, “There’s nothing we can do, please submit feedback,” and the customer service agents only seem to focus on sales rather than solving problems. Ajet is providing a faulty service—selling something without delivering it. I paid you twice and attached all the screenshots and the receipt for the second meal. I even gave my own drink to my husband since his meal never arrived. The photos clearly show one empty tray, my untouched meal, the seat number, location, and timestamp. Either send the missing meal to my home or refund my money—or put it in writing that Ajet sold a service but chose not to fulfill it.

I took the issue to the Consumer Court, the court found me to be right and they refunded the fee I had paid later.
