On my Ajet flight from Copenhagen to Istanbul, I had to pay for my empty suitcase because they said my ticket didn't cover baggage allowance. But this wasn't mentioned when buying the ticket. I already paid for my seat selection and got a round-trip ticket, but my baggage allowance just vanished on the way back, even though it was included on the flight from Istanbul to Copenhagen. This inconsistent policy makes no sense. It was even more frustrating because it seemed unfair; foreign passengers didn’t have to pay baggage fees, but Turkish citizens like me did. This experience was totally unacceptable, and I won't be flying with Ajet again.
