Ajet Assigned My 3-Year-Old Child a Separate Seat on Flight VF3270
On September 18, 2025, I was scheduled to travel with my 3-year-old child on Ajet flight VF3270 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Malatya. During check-in, I was assigned a seat in row 20, while my child was placed in row 25. It is absolutely unacceptable to seat a 3-year-old child separately from their parent, as it is impossible and unsafe for such a young child to travel alone. Shocked by this situation, I contacted customer service and submitted a feedback request, but I have not received any response or assistance to resolve the problem. The fact that such an oversight was made in the first place is extremely concerning and has caused significant distress. A small child must never be seated apart from their parent, and I am demanding that our seats be reassigned together immediately and that this serious issue be corrected without further delay.
