My Airwallex Payment Still Processing After Hours

On November 13, I initiated a standard transfer of approximately 38 USD from my Airwallex account to a bank account in Turkey. Even after two hours have passed, the money still has not reached my account, and the transfer status continues to show as “in progress.” I did not receive any error messages or warnings during the transaction, and I have never experienced a delay like this before. I also have not been able to contact Airwallex customer support yet.
I request that the transfer be completed as soon as possible or that the full amount be refunded to me.
