Airbrush Charged Me Despite Canceling My Subscription on the Same Day
Yesterday, I purchased a subscription to the Airbrush photo editing app through the Google Play Store using my card. Although I canceled the subscription on the same day, I was still charged approximately **400 TL (about $8.25)**, and despite the subscription showing as canceled, the amount has not been refunded to my account.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I submitted a refund request through Google Play. However, I have not received any response or update so far. My subscription has been canceled, yet I have still not received a refund for the amount charged, which has left me unfairly out of pocket.
I request that the **full amount I paid be refunded to my card as soon as possible** and that I be provided with clear information regarding the status and outcome of my refund request.
