Airbrush Charged Me an Annual Subscription Fee When I Only Activated a Free Trial

I activated the 7-day free trial offered by the Airbrush photo editing app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. However, before I even had the opportunity to use the trial, **999.99 TL (approximately $20.62)** was charged to my card as an annual subscription fee.

Charging me for an annual subscription at the same time I activated a free trial, before I had even tried the product or decided to purchase an annual membership, is extremely misleading and unacceptable.

I disputed the transaction through my bank, so the payment details are currently no longer visible. However, I have a screenshot from the Subscriptions section of the Airbrush app showing that my subscription is scheduled to end on **May 30, 2027**, while the payment date is shown as **May 30, 2026**. This creates the clear impression that an annual fee was collected upfront under the guise of a free trial.

So far, I have only reported the issue through the app reviews on the App Store, and I have not received any direct response from Airbrush.

I request a **full refund of the 999.99 TL (approximately $20.62) charged for this annual subscription**, which I did not intend to purchase and have not used. I also request that the subscription be **immediately canceled**. If Airbrush genuinely offers a free trial, the terms and billing conditions should be presented clearly and transparently so that users are not unexpectedly charged an annual subscription fee when activating a trial.
