I Want Full Refund On Hailuo AI Subscription

I have a problem with my Pro Monthly subscription for “Hailuo AI: Image&Video Maker” on Google Play. On August 06, 2026 I was charged 2,600.00 PHP through my GCash payment method for this subscription, even though this payment was unauthorized and I believed my subscription should not be renewed. In the subscription management screen it is clearly shown that my Pro Monthly subscription has been cancelled and is set to end on 7 August 2026, yet I was still charged. I did not intend to continue the subscription and did not approve this renewal, so I consider this charge unauthorized. Because of this situation, I request a full refund of the 2,600.00 PHP taken on August 06, 2026 and confirmation that my Pro Monthly subscription remains cancelled so that I am not charged again in the future.
