Airbnb Service Issues, Appliance Failures, and Power Outages

It had nothing to do with the visual or view of the house I booked for accommodation. During a 21-hour stay, there were power outages for an average of 45-20-30 minutes at 3 different times, which greatly disturbed us and spoiled our enjoyment. Additionally, the hot water for the shower was defective, and one eye of the 2-burner stove was also faulty. We traveled 290 km and stayed for 1 night. Even though the reason I made a reservation through Airbnb was to prevent such grievances, on the contrary, experiencing issues negatively affected us and our references. Unfortunately, no one responded to this, and our grievances were not resolved.
