Airbnb Reservation Issue: Electricity Problem and Partial Refund

I booked an apartment in Kadıköy, Istanbul, for December 29–31. Before my stay, I was informed by the host that there was an electricity issue, and they suggested moving me to another property. I agreed, and they requested a code to make the new reservation on my behalf. However, after trying the code multiple times, they said it was incorrect. As a result, my Airbnb account was suspended, and my reservation was canceled.

I initially paid ₺2900 for the booking, but I only received a partial refund of ₺600. This is unacceptable, and I expect Airbnb to address this matter urgently. I request a full refund for the remaining amount and immediate resolution of my account suspension.
