Airbnb Account Locked, Left Stranded After Paying for 12-Day Rental

I booked an apartment on Airbnb for a 12-day stay, and over ₺15,000 was taken from my account for the reservation. While waiting for the host’s approval, my Airbnb account suddenly got locked. Now, I am left stranded in Istanbul with no access to the apartment I paid for, and I don't have funds available to secure another booking. This situation is urgent, and I’m requesting an immediate refund or, at the very least, the host’s contact information so I can attempt to access the apartment directly. I need Airbnb’s assistance right away to resolve this critical issue.
