Airbnb Does Not Offer Suggestions Regarding Our Victimization!

I booked an Airbnb in Kotor from October 24th to October 27th, 2023. When we told the host that we had arrived on the 24th, they mentioned that there was a problem with the electricity at the house. They offered us another place to stay for one night. But the other place we stayed at was dirty and had nothing to do with the place we originally rented. We asked if we could move to the house we originally booked for the next day, but the host couldn't guarantee anything. To fix the problem, we asked the host to cancel our reservation so we could book a different place on Airbnb. However, the host took their time and said they would handle it the following day. I've complained to Airbnb customer service multiple times, but they keep asking for the same information without actually solving the problem quickly. I'm really disappointed with my Airbnb experience because they didn't handle the situation well, didn't communicate properly, and couldn't find a good solution.
