Airbnb Compensation Request Ignored for Over 17 Days
Dear Airbnb Team,
It has been 17 days since I submitted my compensation request, and I have yet to receive any resolution. During this time, I have not received any meaningful updates. For the past 10 days, I have been trying to contact your support team, but every time, I am told, "Your case will be escalated to someone better equipped to help." However, the process ends without any resolution, and my support tickets are closed prematurely.
This lack of communication and action has caused me significant inconvenience. I urge Airbnb to review my request immediately and provide a proper response. If no resolution is provided soon, I will be forced to escalate this matter on other platforms to highlight my experience.
