On November 19, 2024, my spouse purchased a 7-day Airalo eSIM for Portugal, just like the one they successfully used in Lesbos before. However, this time, it didn’t work at all. Hoping it was just an issue with their device, I purchased the same 7-day package for my iPhone 15 Plus, but despite following all activation steps correctly, the eSIM never activated.
Additionally, Airalo promised a free 3-day trial for first-time users, but I never received it, so I ended up paying unnecessarily. When I reached out for help through WhatsApp and the app, all I got were automated AI responses, which were completely useless. When the chatbot failed, it just told me to call operations, leaving me without a solution.
