Airalo Charged Me Twice for the Same Plan and Took Extra $7.50 Without Consent
On October 13, I made a purchase through the Airalo app, but the same service was charged twice — it appears that the transaction was duplicated. In addition, on October 20, while the app was completely unusable (each time I opened it, I received an error message saying “No server found with the specified name”), a further $7.50 USD was withdrawn from my account without my authorization.
Because the app wouldn’t open, I had no way to reach customer support or report the issue directly through the platform.

I am requesting a full refund for the duplicated charge, as well as for the unauthorized $7.50 deduction. I also ask that Airalo resolve this issue promptly and ensure that the app functions properly so that I can use the service I paid for.
