Air Wick Car Air Freshener Scent Intensity Drops Dramatically Across Batches

I have been happily using Air Wick’s grapefruit and orange blossom glass bottle car air freshener in my vehicle for a long time. However, over the past three weeks, I noticed a significant drop in quality and scent intensity compared to previous purchases. There is a major difference between the product I used a few batches ago and the current ones—I get nearly 60% less fragrance.

Despite purchasing the product from two different retailers, the issue persisted with both, and I can barely smell the fragrance in my car. This happens consistently, making it clear that the product is no longer up to its original standard.

I request that Air Wick conduct a quality inspection of these production batches and, if possible, send new, defect-free replacement products to replace the two defective units.
