I booked a stay at Yelken Mandalinci SPA & Wellness Hotel with ID 1310718792 for August 4-6 through Agoda.com. I attempted to verify the reservation by giving the hotel a call, but they informed me that they were unable to accommodate the booking. I've gone ahead and canceled the reservation through Agoda and submitted a refund request. I would like Agoda.com to process my refund now.
