However, after entering my card information, an unauthorized charge of 11,001.23 TL was deducted from my account instead of the intended 7.34 TL. Your company's name is visible on the statement, and I urgently request a refund of this excess amount. I have already contacted my bank, and they advised me to address this issue with you first. I have attached a screenshot of the statement for your reference. As a lawyer, I want to emphasize that I am fully committed to resolving this matter. I am prepared to go to great lengths to rectify this situation, even if it means spending ten times the amount wrongfully deducted.
