I Paid on Agoda App for Acandia Hotel Rhodes but Hotel Has No Record of My Booking

I booked a room at Acandia Hotel in Rhodes through the Agoda Android app, and the payment was immediately withdrawn from my card—₺ gone in seconds. But when I reached out to the hotel directly via email and phone, they told me something shocking: there is no reservation under my name, no room held, and no booking received from Agoda at all. They even confirmed that they don’t recognize my Agoda reservation number and that they couldn’t assist me further because nothing showed up in their system.

Now I’m left stranded with no room, no support, and no way to fix the issue. Agoda charged me, yet I have no service, no stay, and no response. There’s no one I can reach for real help—just automated replies and dead ends.
