I Booked 3 Agoda Hotels but Can’t Contact Any of Them or Reach Customer Support
I booked hotels through Agoda for trips to three different countries. I’ve already paid for one of the reservations, but things went downhill from there. The biggest problem? I found out I can’t send messages to the hotels through the app or website. Agoda says to contact the properties by email, but no one replies—from any of the hotels.
Even worse, Agoda has no real customer support. You’re forced to talk to a chatbot that gives generic, useless answers and leaves you stuck when you need actual help. I’ve been trying for days to reach someone and have gotten nowhere.
Looking back, I regret not booking through Booking.com, even if it costs ₺1,000–₺2,000 more. At least they offer real customer service and communication that works. Agoda seems to have a long list of unresolved complaints, and unfortunately, I’m now one of them.
