Hotel Refutes Agoda's Claims and Rejects Refund Request
I made a reservation at a hotel through Agoda, but due to an accident and subsequent surgery, I needed to cancel. The hotel instructed me to contact Agoda, stating that there was no issue from their side. However, when I contacted Agoda with my request, I received an email saying that the hotel did not accept my cancellation request. When I followed up with the hotel, they claimed that no one from Agoda had contacted them regarding my cancellation. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to reach Agoda for support when such issues arise, leaving me without any resolution.
