Agoda Customer Support Unresponsive About Date Update
I'm unable to contact anyone at Agoda regarding a reservation I made through their platform. Due to an error in selecting the date, the reservation was made for a different date. I noticed this in the confirmation email and contacted the property. However, they informed me that the issue could only be resolved through Agoda and that they couldn't make any changes in their system. On Agoda's side, I can't find anyone to communicate with. The property again mentioned that they could make changes with approval from Agoda. I urgently await a response from Agoda to resolve my issue.
