Agoda's Lack of Customer Service and Misleading Reservation Practices
Agoda lacks customer service representatives in Turkey, making it impossible to correct errors in urgent hotel reservations. I plan to file complaints with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Commerce, and TURSAB. Additionally, I will report Agoda's misleading practices to the Competition Authority. On August 7-8, I found that Agoda's system shows reservations to offer lower prices, though there is no direct communication with customers despite their connections with hotels.
