Agoda Took 10,000 TL without Rendering Any Service
Today, I got a message that looked like it was from PTT courier services. They told me to click on a link. I was really surprised when it sent me to Agoda.com, and I found out that around 10,000 TL was taken out of my account without getting anything in return. I need a refund for this amount right away. I'm ready to sue with my lawyer to sort this out. I just want to clarify that I didn't intentionally start this transaction; I got scammed. I need Agoda to help me right away and give me a refund. I really need your help.
