I accidentally made a reservation through Agoda.com for Hotel Marmont Geneva for the dates October 24–26, even though I actually planned to stay on November 22–24. I realized my mistake just six minutes after completing the booking and payment confirmation and immediately tried to contact both Agoda and the hotel. However, it has now been over 13 hours with no response from either party.
The Agoda booking page shows the reservation as “non-refundable”, but I’m not requesting a cancellation—I only want to correct the wrong dates. My Pegasus flight tickets are already booked based on my intended travel dates, so this situation is causing significant inconvenience. I paid ₺14,817 using my virtual credit card. So far, I’ve only been able to reach out via email, but I haven’t received any reply.
I request that Agoda correct the reservation dates or otherwise resolve this issue to prevent further financial and travel-related loss.
