Agoda Reservation Confusion And Overcharge Problem

My experience with Agoda turned into a financial nightmare! I booked four rooms for two hotels, only to find out they were trying to charge me for eight rooms. They almost swiped my card for the additional charges, managing to take one payment already. I trusted them as a reputable platform, but my holiday plans were ruined. My name is Zafer İzbek, and I made reservations for Samran Place Hotel (SHA Plus+) in Bangkok with Booking ID: 981814184, and two rooms at The Empress in Pattaya with Booking No: 958074160. They claimed I booked four rooms, charged me for two initially, and then attempted to charge for four more. They succeeded in taking one extra payment, totaling an additional ₺7,853.28. I demand an immediate refund of this overcharge. I've requested my bank to cancel any further attempts. Lesson learned: use virtual cards when shopping online; it's a risky business out there.
