Agoda Refund Request Due To Unsatisfactory Hotel Quality
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent hotel booking through your service for two separate rooms from July 14 to July 18. I trusted your rating of this hotel as a 4-star establishment, but upon arrival, I was shocked by its quality and condition, which prompted me not to check in. I would like to understand how this hotel received its rating, as it did not meet the expected standards. Due to this issue, I was unable to stay at the hotel and had to arrange alternative accommodations in Istanbul, resulting in significant inconvenience and unexpected expenses. I kindly request a full refund for these two bookings, as well as for my booking, at your earliest convenience.
