Agoda's Misleading Hotel Location – Reservation Shows Wrong City
Dear Agoda Support, I booked a hotel through your platform: Akdeniz Hotel, from July 15 to July 18, 2025. The confirmation shows the address in Oludeniz, Fethiye, Mugla. However, your system redirected me to a hotel of the same name in Mersin, which is a completely different city. This misleading information caused a complete disruption to my travel plans. Since I could not check into the hotel due to the location error, I kindly request a full refund. Attached are the booking confirmation and map screenshots showing the mismatch.
