Agoda Refund Delay After Immediate Hotel Reservation Cancellation
I made a reservation for a standard room at Baia Salima Kemer Hotel for the dates July 13–17 via the Agoda mobile application. I completed this reservation on December 27 at 16:18 Turkish time and cancelled it approximately 10 minutes later. Despite this very short interval between booking and cancellation, an amount of 60,204.00 Turkish Lira was charged to my credit card, and this amount has still not been refunded. My reservation number is 1682364714. After cancelling the reservation, I received confirmation and information that a refund would be issued, but no refund has appeared in my account to date. This situation is causing both financial and psychological discomfort, as I cancelled within minutes and acted fully in line with the information displayed in the application. I request that the total amount of 60,204.00 TL for this cancelled reservation be refunded to me in full as soon as possible and that I be provided with clear, written information regarding the status and progress of this refund process.
