Agoda Double Charged for Reservation 1308479184
On July 22, 2024, I made a reservation with Agoda for the Patong Bay Residence in Thailand using reservation number 1308479184. I paid 3,584.57 ₺ on the same day. However, on July 25, the same amount was deducted from my account again without any prior notice or verification. I am confused about how this double charge occurred without my consent. I request a refund for the second charge. If I do not receive a response soon, I will consider taking legal action. My reservation was made with the email address GO***@icloud.com.
