I have been charged twice in Turkish Lira by Agoda.com for reservation ID 1311152560. The charges occurred on July 25, 2024, and July 28, 2024.
I have already contacted my bank, but I need Agoda to assist with resolving this issue and processing my refund. I haven’t been able to find a direct contact method for Agoda. I'm reaching out here and hope for a prompt resolution.
