Agoda Charged for Non-Existent Room at Fully Booked Hotel
I booked a hotel room through Agoda. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us there were no rooms available and that they had closed bookings in their system, but Agoda continued to sell rooms anyway. The hotel had apparently sent us a message, which we only saw upon arrival. I can't request a refund because I chose the non-refundable option. However, the hotel is full, and we weren't allowed to check in. I'm demanding a refund for this situation.
