Agoda Charged My Card Even Though I Deleted My Account

I created an account on Agoda.com and later saved my credit card to it. Although I deleted my account afterward, a charge was still made to my credit card. I did not make any reservations or authorize any payments after deleting the account. This situation makes me feel uneasy about the security of my personal and payment information. I am requesting a refund. The transaction date is 28.03.2025. I have already contacted my bank, but they advised me to first try resolving the issue with the merchant. I am attaching a screenshot and kindly asking for a solution.
