Agoda Booking Overcharge Issue - Incorrect Rate Applied for Tabiat Park Hotel Ayvalık
I recently booked a stay at Tabiat Park Hotel Ayvalık using the Agoda app. Throughout the booking process, the rate per night was ₺2,480. However, when it came time to make the payment, I was surprised to see that I was charged ₺7,200 for a two-night stay, which clearly indicates an overcharge. The customer service lacks a solution-oriented approach, and I faced communication difficulties when I reached out to the hotel directly. I'm really looking forward to a prompt resolution.
