Agoda Overcharged Me for Amber Palace Hotel – I Want a Refund


I booked a 2-night stay at Amber Palace Hotel in Istanbul through Agoda, with check-in on February 7, 2025, and check-out on February 9, 2025. The total amount displayed during booking was ₺3675, and I paid with my card. However, when I checked my bank statement, I noticed that Agoda charged me ₺3928 instead.
Why was I overcharged without any explanation? I demand an immediate refund for the extra amount that was wrongly deducted. On top of that, Agoda offers no Turkish-language support, which makes resolving such issues even more frustrating. Agoda, fix this overcharge issue and improve your customer service for Turkish users! I expect a quick resolution.
