Agoda Booking Not Found After Email Typo and Missing Confirmation

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda on 26 April for a stay at Rishiri Guesthouse 1721 on Rishiri Island for the dates 4–6 June. During the booking process, my email address was entered with a slight typo. Before I could note down the booking ID, the page was refreshed. Because of this, I never received any confirmation email, and I have no way to view, confirm, or update my booking details in the Agoda system. The payment option for this reservation is “pay later”, so there is currently no charge on my card, but the total expected amount is approximately 357 SGD. I still have the cardholder’s name and the last four digits of the card used for this reservation, but Agoda’s customer service insists on a booking ID, which I do not have. I also could not find any direct phone number or email address to contact Agoda support about this specific issue, which has made it impossible to resolve the problem through normal channels. I am requesting that Agoda locate this reservation using the information available, such as the hotel name, dates, amount, and card details, update the reservation with my correct email address, and resend the booking confirmation and details to the correct email so that I can properly manage my stay. I would like Agoda to assist with this as soon as possible, as my check-in date is approaching and I need a clear confirmation of my booking.
