Agoda Booking Disaster - Wrong Hotel, No Solution

I used Agoda to book a one-night stay at the Cleopatra Life Hotel in Alanya for my weekend escape. When I arrived at the hotel in the morning, the staff told me that my reservation was not in their system. After some delay, they discovered that a similar occurrence had occurred a few days previously at the Cleopatra Ada Hotel. They volunteered to call, and it turned out my reservation was available. Despite our desperation, we went to the other hotel, only to discover that it was under restoration and poorly maintained. We were forced to stay because the staff offered no other options. Despite my attempts to contact them through all available ways, I received no response. Agoda phone numbers are mentioned, but none are for Turkey. The following day, I returned to the same hotel and extended my stay, paying the hotel directly. It's worth noting that after I made the reservation, Agoda sent me a confirmation email with photographs and details about Cleopatra Life Hotel. However, upon arriving, I was obliged to stay at Cleopatra Ada Hotel. Whether it's a plot or ineptitude, one thing is certain: Agoda is a letdown.
