Agoda Booking Confirmed but Hotel Denies Stay Due to No Availability

Today, I searched for a hotel on Trivago to stay in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, and the best option shown was Çorlu Safir Hotel & City Center listed through Agoda.com. I completed my reservation via Agoda, and $39 was charged to my credit card. My booking was confirmed with reservation number 1715494754.
However, while I was on my way to the hotel, I received a phone call from the property informing me that there were no available rooms. They clearly stated that Agoda.com had knowingly allowed bookings despite the hotel being fully occupied and that the issue was entirely on Agoda’s side. They told me I needed to contact Agoda for a resolution. As a result, I was not accepted at the hotel and could not stay there at all.
Despite taking my payment, Agoda.com has been completely unreachable. I have not been able to access customer service, support lines, or any communication channel. I have been left stranded, and it feels like the money I paid has gone to waste. I feel clearly wronged and frustrated by this situation.
I request that Agoda.com issue a full refund for this unused reservation as soon as possible and provide a clear written explanation regarding this issue and how such a situation occurred.
