After entering my login information for the reservation, I was directed to the payment page. But when I entered the payment page, it took the payment directly after entering my card information. How can you get direct payment confirmation without my approval? Secondly, when I made a reservation as 2 adults + 1 child, it only appeared as 2 adults on the page I paid. When I wanted to cancel to correct my reservation again, my reservation was completely canceled and neither a payment was made nor a rebooking was made.
