Aeropostale Sneakers Torn Near Laces After One Month of Use

10

I purchased two pairs of Aeropostale sneakers under order numbers 1025100489 (October 2, 2023) and 10251110573 (October 3, 2023). I started wearing them about a month ago as winter approached. Unfortunately, both pairs have torn in the same spot, near the laces, despite minimal use.

I believe this issue is due to a manufacturing defect, as such damage should not occur with properly made footwear. I request immediate action to address this problem, whether through a replacement or a refund. It’s disappointing to experience this with a trusted brand, and I expect Aeropostale to resolve the matter promptly.
