Aeropostale Shoes Had a Sharp Object in the Sole

On July 9, 2024, I purchased Aeropostale shoes (order number 4150124503) from Boyner. When I wore them, I felt something sharp poking my foot. Upon removing the insole, I discovered a large staple-like object embedded in the shoe. I had to use pliers to pull it out, as shown in the attached photo.
This is unacceptable, especially from a store like Boyner, which is known for its reputation. Such negligence poses a serious safety risk and is disappointing for customers who trust the brand.
I expect Boyner to address this issue immediately, ensure stricter quality checks on their products, and offer a resolution for this incident. Please handle this matter promptly to prevent similar issues for other customers.
