I purchased an Aeropostale belt from Boyner during their "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" campaign, but after just one week of use, the belt became completely unusable. When I returned it to the store, they sent it for inspection, only to decide that a refund or exchange was not necessary.
This is completely unacceptable. Selling a defective product that wears out within days is a violation of customer trust. If a belt deteriorates this quickly, it shouldn’t even be on the shelves. I feel like my money has been wasted on a subpar product, and I demand a full refund or replacement. Boyner, please address this issue immediately and ensure better product quality control.
