Turna.com Sold Me an Aeroflot Ticket but I Was Denied Boarding Due to No Seat

On August 11, 2025, I purchased an Aeroflot ticket through the Turna.com app for the 3:00 p.m. St. Petersburg–Moscow flight (PNR: 5CPM94) for $149. When I went to the airport to check in, I was told that there were no seats available on the flight and that I had been sold a ticket for a seat that did not actually exist. As a result, I was not allowed to board the flight and was left seriously inconvenienced.

Since that day, I have contacted Turna.com repeatedly, both through the app’s messaging system and by phone. However, I have continuously been told that they would “get back to me,” while no actual resolution has been provided. Turna.com requested documentation proving that I was denied boarding, but I was not given such a document while I was in Russia, and I am now back in Turkey, making it impossible for me to return and obtain one. I also have a screenshot from the check-in process showing that there were no seats available, but this evidence has not been taken into consideration.

I request that Turna.com resolve the inconvenience I have experienced and refund the full $149 charged to my credit card for this ticket. I expect this matter to be reviewed promptly and the refund to be processed without further delay.
