Adidas Rockrtrail M Outdoor Shoe Sole Split – Repair Request Denied
I recently experienced a quality issue with my Adidas Rockrtrail M Men's Outdoor Shoes, as the sole on the left shoe started to split. I submitted a repair request through the store where I purchased it, only to be informed that Adidas had rejected the claim. The split occurred despite the fact that these shoes were never used in outdoor conditions.
As a long-time Adidas customer, this is my first time facing such an issue, and I'm disappointed to see a lack of support. I expected higher quality and customer satisfaction from Adidas. I kindly request further assistance with this product, as the defect does not meet the standards I associate with the brand.
