Adidas Handball Spezial JP8726 Color Bleeding and Staining on First Wear

I purchased a pair of Adidas Handball Spezial (JP8726), size 36.5 in burgundy, from House of SuperStep at Mall of Istanbul on 29 August 2026 for ₺7,499. After wearing the shoes for the very first time, on the same day the color bled heavily and stained both my socks and the cream-colored parts of the shoes in a pink/burgundy tone. The shoes have not been washed, cleaned, or treated with any product, yet the discoloration and staining occurred immediately after first use. This situation is also clearly visible in the photos I have attached. I do not find it acceptable that a product from a brand like Adidas and at this price point shows such poor color fastness and causes visible staining on the very first wear. I kindly request that the product be inspected and that I be provided with either a full refund or a replacement pair. I ask you to address this quality issue as soon as possible and to inform me of the result of the inspection.
